Snowgal with Rose Wishes You a Merry Christmas

Today I strayed from the tried and true Christmas colors of red and green.  I have a passion for all shades of teal, so my Christmas card sports those shades in my patterned paper background, as well as the snowflake diecut behind my image.

Speaking of images, this is a December new release from Squigglefly called Snowgal with Rose by the lovely Pamela Lehto.

The sentiment is also from Squigglefly, which I framed with coordinating cardstock after giving it some winter pizzazz with a snowflake border punch.  I used the tiny punched snowflakes to decorate my card, along with a string of pearls.  Simple but pretty.

I'm entering my card into this week's Squigglefly challenge, which is simply to make a Christmas card with a Squigglefly image. Now it's your turn.  Go play at the Squigglefly Challenge Blog for your chance to win a free digi!

I love non traditional colored Christmas cards, and your choice of teal is a beautiful one! Beautiful dies you used behind the image too. I also really like how you framed the sentiment and punched the snowflake border. Really cute card Pat!

Pat, this is such a great card - wonderful colors (really - I love them) and such a fun image. I am two weeks behind in commenting, but I am operating off the "better late than never" concept - hope you believe in it too (lol). Hugz!!!
